Extralys provides a document data extraction platform using artificial intelligence (OCR + LLM). The service enables extraction, structuring, and exporting of data from documents.

3. User Account

To use the service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• Any activity occurring under your account.
• Providing accurate and complete information.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some aspects of the service are paid. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the indicated fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless terminated by you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Process illegal or fraudulent documents.
• Attempt to circumvent service limits or security.
• Resell the service without explicit authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

The Extralys service and its original content are the exclusive property of Extralys. You retain all rights to the documents you upload and the extracted data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Extralys is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall Extralys be liable for indirect, consequential damages or data loss.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French laws. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
